The Sony Xperia XZ Premium is Sony’s top-of-the-line phone and impressive hardware and features this year. Running the latest version of Android, Sony’s latest smartphone does not mean it’s safe to protect it from harmful and occasional technical problems. Fortunately, you can find out what kind of problems you can solve for yourself and how you can handle it.
Bluetooth connectivity issues:
As with other smartphones, Sony Xperia XZ Premium may also have Bluetooth problems, often involving people not being able to connect their phones to Bluetooth accessories. There are a few options and steps that work for others and can work for you.
Restart your phone and try Bluetooth again. Go to Settings> Bluetooth and tap the slider to turn Bluetooth off and on. Backup then resets to factory settings. If it is not working, then search for a nearest Sony repair centre for fixing issues with your gadgets.
Many of the users are facing issues like a weird distortion or a wavy effect while taking pictures with their Sony Xperia XZ. In some cases, while taking pictures of flat objects, it’s a little subtle, but with 3D objects, it becomes noticeable to be an issue which needed to be fixed by an expert repair technician at any cost.
A future update to Xperia XZ Premium may resolve this specific issue. You can go to Setting > more > brightness and focus to adjust the camera.
Wi-Fi connection issues:
Like the Bluetooth issue above, owners of Sony Xperia XZ Premium are also losing Wi-Fi connections. Some lose their connections, even though they are in the range of the router, while others have a continuous connection but are notified that they are currently offline.
Try restarting the phone as quickly as you can. You can turn Wi-Fi off and back on by going to Settings> Wi-Fi and touching the slider. You can also remove the protective case which may interfere with the connection. If it’s not helping, then look for a Sony repair centre that can fix your problem.
